Alright, I've been less than stellar about updating this blog. My moto life has been quite busy as of late. Recently got back from a 5 day off road trip in Morocco. I may go back and up date it, but for now, let me start with.......

I brought home the beast last Thursday. I have been riding a 2007 Superduke as my main road ride for the past several years. It is the best road bike I've ever owned. When the new one came out, I knew I had to have it. As I'm sure everyone knows, this has been a stellar year for naked bikes. The new Monster, BMW S1000R, and of course, the Superduke. The BMW was getting positive reviews but my heart was set on the Superduke. I brought it home and WOW!! Has huge power and handles well, like a Superduke. Already through the break in 600 miles. Can't wait to get the service done and the full Akropovich system on the bike. Should be a great Summer. Some more pics for you to enjoy.

Saturday Ride

It started out rainy today but finally cleared up. I was gnashing my teeth as I've been on call for 2 weeks and finally had a day off. The moto Gods smiled and finally let the sun out. We geared up and headed out. Rode a lop up to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

This was at the 20 minute cliff turn out around mile marker 20. 

Quick stop at the Montebello store for a drink.

Devil's Back Bone brewery for late lunch/early dinner and then back to the BRP.

Great day to get out and enjoy the day. 

I'm starting this blog on my birthday weekend. I will be 45 tomorrow wanted a place to catalog all my moto and other experiences. Here we go.......
